Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-4 days. We ship pan-India via trusted logistics partners.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 499. Orders below this threshold incur a flat delivery fee of Rs. 49.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order from the My Account section on our website.
Do you deliver to my pin code?
We deliver across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm availability and estimated delivery time for your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may initiate a return after delivery.

Where are your products sourced from?
Our products are sourced directly from our own Artha Farms and a network of certified organic farmer communities across India. We maintain complete supply chain traceability from farm to your kitchen.
How should I store your products?
Store our products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, transfer to an airtight container. Flours and grains are best consumed within 3 months of opening for optimal freshness.
Do your products contain any preservatives or additives?
No. We use absolutely no preservatives, artificial colours, flavours, or chemical additives. What you receive is pure, minimally processed organic food.
Are your products suitable for people with allergies?
Product-specific allergen information is listed on each product page and on the packaging. Our facility handles multiple grain types, so cross-contamination is possible. Please check individual product labels if you have specific allergies.

What is the My Flour subscription?
My Flour is our personalised flour subscription service. Based on your health goals, dietary preferences, and family needs, we create a custom flour blend delivered to your door on a schedule you choose.
How do I get started with My Flour?
Take our quick online quiz to share your preferences and health goals. Our nutrition team will create your personalised blend and you can choose a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery schedule.
Can I modify my My Flour subscription?
Yes. You can update your flour blend preferences, delivery frequency, or pause/cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Is the My Flour subscription more expensive than buying individual products?
Subscribers enjoy preferential pricing — typically 10-15% lower than individual product prices — along with free shipping and priority customer support.
What grains are used in the custom flour blends?
Our blends can include a variety of organic grains and millets such as wheat, ragi, jowar, bajra, amaranth, buckwheat, and more. Your blend is tailored to your nutritional needs and taste preferences.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways with SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of the return window.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Bank processing may add 3-5 additional business days depending on your financial institution.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.
