At Artha Naturals, customer satisfaction is paramount. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Perishable goods (fresh produce, opened food packets) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.
• Items received in a damaged or defective condition are eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of the return window.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially consumed food products
• Items purchased on clearance or final sale
• Gift cards and promotional vouchers
• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at returns@arthanaturals.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided. Please use secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
• For bank transfers and UPI payments, refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, email us at returns@arthanaturals.com.
